* Our shipping policies
1. by default, a single standard CD and DVD will ship via usps first class within the US.
2. by default, we ship everything heavier than a single standard CD or DVD via USPS media mail within the US. you can contact us about a specific listing in advance so that we can change the listing's shipping method.
3. for all international orders, please contact us for shipping charge before completing transaction. otherwise your order will be canceled.
4. if you have completed payment for multiple orders going to one shipping address, we will refund the excess shipping charge immediately after shipping.
5. Upon the buyer's request and at the buyer's expense, unless indicated otherwise in our listing, we will provide insurance if it is available.
